What is the address of the venue?
320 N Lake St, Burbank, CA 91502
Where do I park? What if I purchased the VIP parking option?
Parking is available both on the Lake Street entrance and across from BWP in the additional parking area. If you are a VIP you will enter the security gate on Lake St. and you will be directed to your spot. There is plenty of street parking available as well.
Where is Check-In?
The Check-In gate is on the west side of Lake St at the end of the parking lot. There will be signs.
Do I need a physical ticket?
No. We will have a guest list at the door and volunteers will be checking everyone in at the entrance by name. Please have your photo ID available.

What if I am bringing a guest?

Will you accept vaccination proof at the event?
We will not be able to verify proof of vaccination at the event entrance. We ask that you please submit an image of your card at this link. If you would prefer a different verification method, please contact us at admin@burbankartsanded.org or (818) 729-5593.
What if I get turned away for not being vaccinated?
Unfortunately we will not be offering any refunds. Hopefully this will not occur because you have turned in your vaccination status prior to attending the event.
Do I need to wear a mask at the Gala?
The party is outdoors, but we still encourage all guests to wear masks when you are not eating or drinking. Masks will be required inside while using the restroom.
I have a ticket but cannot attend. What should I do?
Please email admin@burbankartsanded.org or call (818) 729-5593 and let us know you will not be able to attend and provide the name of the guest who will be coming in your place.
How will people dress for this party?
This is a community event and while we do not have a strict dress code some people love the opportunity to wear a suit and tie or a cocktail dress, while others prefer business casual. You do you.
What is the schedule of events?
The silent auction closes at 8:00pm. The live auction will begin immediately after. Bar service closes at 9pm.
I have a dietary restriction. Can I request an alternate meal?

Is this a fundraiser?
Yes. This is BAEF’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and everything raised will go towards furthering the Foundation’s mission. The bulk of funds are raised through our live and silent auctions. We also offer a wide array of Sponsorship opportunities, which any company or individual family can take advantage of.

Are donations tax-deductible?
Burbank Arts & Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and direct donations are tax-deductible. For auction items, any amount you paid over the fair market value is tax deductible.

Attend, donate, sponsor, advertise, engage your employees to attend, or bid on auction items during this unique community fundraising celebration. But most importantly, show BUSD students and teachers from TK to 12th grade, at every school, that the community is here to make an IMPACT in their lives.
