Endowment

The Burbank Arts for All Foundation Endowment Fund will be held in perpetuity. In its growing stage, our goal is to establish a $1,000,000 endowed fund to support arts education programs in Burbank’s public schools forever. A donor who creates an endowment gift today can be confident that it will grow and continue to support arts education programs in the Burbank Unified School District.

Our endowment is currently held under the auspices of the Community Foundation of the Verdugos and through a fund with Schwab, under a pro-bono partnership with California Capital Management. In accordance with our Investment Policy, the Board of Directors of the Burbank Arts for All Foundation evaluates each of the fund’s performance and votes each year to either reinvest or draw down earnings generated by the endowed funds. In an effort to build our endowment, the Board of Directors has reinvested earnings generated each year since 2011, when the endowment was established. Today, our endowment is a little over $200,000 and we hope to grow it to $1,000,000.
